Getting the Care You Need

Part of getting quality health care is getting the care you need. This means being able to make an appointment with your health care provider when you need it. Local medical offices are working together to improve care. They meet each month at the "Primary Care Renewal Collaborative" to share ideas and provide support for improving the quality of care they provide their patients. Some offices have chosen to focus on making sure they have appointment openings everyday for patients who call with urgent needs.
